WHERE: In the event that we do not ship to your state, you can select a third-party shipper. If you choose this option, your wine will be subject to Napa County sales tax. If your state does not allow delivery of wine directly, (AL, AR, DE, KY, MS, OK, SD, UT), we recommend facilities such as 55 Degrees in St. Helena, CA. for personal storage. Memberships to these facilities are required to be set up by you in advance. We make every effort to ship internationally. Please contact us for more information.
HOW: We often use specialty fulfillment companies to facilitate our shipping. You will be notified by email to verify a mutually agreeable date of shipment. We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays unless you choose otherwise. Business addresses are preferable. Once you confirm your ship date, you will receive tracking information by e-mail when your order ships. If you elect to make changes to your shipping address or ship date after your order ships, additional charges may apply. The shipping carrier will make three delivery attempts before returning the package to the shipper. In the event of a returned shipment, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. A reshipment fee will be processed at that time and new tracking information will be emailed to you. We deliver to residents in the Napa Valley free of charge for orders of three or more bottles.
WHEN: We ship as temperatures permit and reserve the right to delay a shipment due to adverse weather conditions. Wine is perishable and weather sensitive. GALLLICA is not responsible for wine that is damaged due to extreme weather conditions during transit. We offer shipping through FedEx, if you would prefer another carrier please contact us with special requests. Customers are able to select the transport method and shipping speed during check out. Wine orders are not shipped until we receive confirmation of an agreeable ship date from the customer. Our goal is for your wine to reach you in exactly the same condition in which it left the winery. Please contact us if you have any concerns or special shipping requests.

Please contact us immediately if there is a problem with your order. All returns are handled on an individual basis. We ask that you return the unfinished wine in its original bottle for replacement. Our intention is to please our customers from the wine we make to the service we provide.
